Calibre Mining Corp. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Calibre Mining Corp. will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 commencing at 10:00 am Vancouver time. Shareholder votes must be received by 10:00 am Vancouver time on June 14, 2021.
This year, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Calibre will hold its AGM in a virtual format via live audio webcast. All interested investors are invited to participate in the AGM using the login details below and to submit questions during the live audio webcast.

Registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders can attend the AGM online using the login details noted above and can participate, vote, or submit questions during the AGM’s live audio webcast. Non-registered shareholders who have not duly appointed themselves as proxyholder will be able to attend the AGM as guests, but guests will not be able to vote.
